Joseph Ciaudelli
President
Joseph Ciaudelli leads Rayvel Holographics, driving innovation in holographic imaging,
diffractive optics, and automated optical test systems. He developed the OTS-2000 and
narrow-angle holographic displays, recognized with a CQIA Gold Innovations Prize.
With decades of experience at Sennheiser overseeing spectrum management, R&D,
and wireless system innovation, Joseph brings extensive technical expertise and
strategic leadership to Rayvel Holographics’ research, development, and manufacturing
operations.
Susan Andaloro
Executive Administrator
Susan Andaloro keeps Rayvel Holographics’ operations running smoothly by
coordinating cross-department projects and supporting executive leadership. She
ensures operational continuity, manages communications, and facilitates collaboration
across research, manufacturing, and external partnerships, allowing the company to
deliver advanced holographic and photonic solutions efficiently and reliably.
Daniel East
Director of Marketing
Daniel East oversees brand strategy, product positioning, and communications at
Rayvel, turning complex holographic technologies into compelling stories and real-world
applications. A product designer, brand consultant, audio engineer, and musician, he
ensures Rayvel Holographics’ innovations are understood, valued, and embraced by
partners, customers, and industry audiences.
His client work includes Yamaha USA, Future Sonics, 8X Grammy® nominee The
Baylor Project, Billy Mann, Stage Ninja, TuneBot, KickPort, and Michael Tobias Design
(MTD). He specializes in brand strategy, product consulting, social media and creative
direction, packaging and product design, and live event marketing.
