Rayvel introduces the Celebrite, a hologram of a golden angel that is matted, framed, and illuminated with a battery-operated lamp. Unlike common embossed foil holograms, the angel is a PLASH (Pulse LASer Hologram) recorded on an advanced photopolymer film that produces a 3D image with unparalleled depth, clarity, and brightness. The angel is recorded in two positions which creates the illusion that its wings are flapping as the observer moves their head.

It has been a very busy autumn for Rayvel. We attended seven trade shows and fairs, filed a patent, and constructed a new highly sophisticated holographic recording system. We continue to earn steady, double-digit revenue growth.
2004 is off to a good start. We doubled Q1 revenue compared to the same period last year. This trend is likely to continue in Q2: this April’s sales have already reached last quarter’s total.

Rayvel has been chosen to produce the holographic images for HoloTouch touchless human-machine interface actuation and control systems. HoloTouch products empower operators to enter commands and data into a wide range of electronic equipment by simply passing a fi nger through holographic images of what would otherwise be the keys of a keypad or keyboard, appearing to fl oat in the air at a convenient location in front of the equipment.
OTS 2000 system fully characterizes the performance of large optical flats, such as TV and computer screens, in a fully automated manner. Numerous safety features were incorporated that prevent damage to the optic during measurement process. A report is generated at the end of the test that provides a map of any defects on the optic and numerous other quantitative data that fully characterizes it.
I cordially invite you to the grand Rayvel Ribbon Cutting Ceremony (RRCC) for my new corporate headquarters located in chic and vibrant Historic Downtown Melbourne Florida. It takes place on Tuesday February 24th. This facility will be a world class holographic research, development, and production center. It will also include a public “viewseum” of holograms from the Center for the Holographic Arts (a.k.a. the HoloCenter), a collection of works created by the most renowned holographic artists from around the world. The ceremony will start with American Idol Star Bo Bice singing the national anthem, feature six bands (e.g. Kasim Sultan), and conclude with a performance by the nation’s number one swing band: Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (the band that plays the theme to the TV show Modern Family).
